In order to bring these preparations to a successful conclusion, our role encompasses several areas of expertise :
Organization Administration, sourcing the right service providers for the couple, specifications, planning, budgeting, logistics
As well as Production with various proposals, management of service providers, various visits, before/after logistics management, design, creation of moodboards, sourcing and management of service providers, proposals and realization of the artistic concept
Then coordination. On the eve of the event, on the big day and at brunch, as requested, welcoming and managing suppliers and guests, and accompanying the bride and groom throughout the festivities.
